I treated myself last year and built this computer just after Christmas.

AMD Phenom II 965 processor. 4gig OCZ Reaper DDR2 1066 memory. Gigabyte MA78GM-UD2H motherboard. Antec 200 case.

I'm just using the sound and graphics on the motherboard at the moment. When I built it I tried a few tweaks and it was running completely stable at nearly 4.1ghz, although now I just run it at stock speeds. I thought this setup would fly but surprisingly there are quite a few distros that just wouldn't load or boot. PCLinuxOS being one of them which has always been a favourite of mine. Hence me ending up here at Peppermint, which has turned out to be a really good distro anyway. :D
