I have Peppermint 4, (32bit) installed on 250G divided into 3 partitions: 20GB /root, 8GB /swap and 222GB /home. This is a dual boot alongside Crunchbang 11 Waldorf on my trusty old Fujitsu Seimens AMILO Notebook Li 3710.

Peppermint 4 runs beautifully on this machine. There are a couple of small issues, such as having to rebuild my SWAP space every time I launch Crunchbang and not being able to use the 8GB of SWAP to hibernate while using Peppermint 4. These are more configuration problems though and I will address these in a different thread. I am very pleased with the ice application. One big problem with ice is. You can fill your desktop with launchers just playing with it :D . All in all, I would highly recommend this model of Fujitsu Siemens notebook for use with Peppermint 4.

Backup! Backup! Backup! If you're missing any of these, you ain't Backed Up!
