Class: Quick program removal guide
Difficulty: Easy; the GUI does most of the work
Time: About a couple of minutes to remove a given program
Desirability: You can recover disk space at the cost of losing the programs functionality

No not at all.

If you don't want a certain installed application then by all means change it, here is how you do it. First open up the package manager and find the application you want to remove, click on it, and hit the remove button up in the top right corner. Then find the application you want to install click on it and in the upper right hand corner click on the install button. Thats it all done.
