I have been running Peppermint One, latest spin with the beautiful new artwork for about a week and a half. Today I noticed the artwork for the top of the shutdown options did not get updated to match the LXDM screen and desktop wallpaper. This is of course a very minor thing but I thought it might be a good idea to mention it just the same. Reviewers always mention consistency of the artwork and this is a very easy fix. I am just trying to help. :)

I'll link this post in the Developer Thread where it will definitely be seen. Thanks.

Thank you! I know this is a minor detail but every little bit combined makes things better. :) That is things being fixed.

I am trying to make a new logout banner. I am having problems with the Peppermint One logo though. When I scale the png image to fit the banner I get jagged edges... The logo needs to be around 250 x 62 pixels to fit the background right. Here is what I have so far.

Does anyone have this same logo in a smaller size or a vector image just like this? I saw the vector logos posted but they are laid out differently and the lettering is black instead of white.

I am no artist, but I would like to get this fixed up if possible.

no artist either, but are you using the image from " The Official Art Pack"?

Yes, it's a .png image.... I installed Inkscape but so far I am not having any luck with it... This sucks.

Edit: I gave up on Inkscape. I thought I could convert the .png to .svg and then scale the image but I could not get it to work. I need the help of a real graphics artist.

Thanks but it's laid out wrong and has black text. I do not have the expertise to make enough changes to use that. I am trying for the look in the screen shot I linked to, without the jagged edges.

Edit: Any graphics artists around here?

I can provide the scaled background if anyone knows how to fix the jagged lettering in the logo. I have tried everything I can think of.
