I changed the line, and now it works! That's fantastic!

I am truly gratefull! Thank you very much! :D :D :D

My last question... what is the function of "#" at the begin of the line?

The # symbol in front of a line comments out that line (i.e., hides it from the process). The sample below is from /apt/sources.list.
Code:
#deb cdrom:[Peppermint 4 _Four_ - Release i386 (20130502)]/ raring main multiverse$

# See http://help.ubuntu.com/community/UpgradeNotes for how to upgrade to
# newer versions of the distribution.
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring main restricted
deb-src http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring main restricted

## Major bug fix updates produced after the final release of the
## distribution.
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring-updates main restricted
deb-src http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring-updates main restricted

## N.B. software from this repository is ENTIRELY UNSUPPORTED by the Ubuntu
## team. Also, please note that software in universe WILL NOT receive any
## review or updates from the Ubuntu security team.
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring universe
deb-src http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring universe
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring-updates universe
deb-src http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring-updates universe

Apt will ignore the commented lines (those that begin with #) and only search
and update from the ones that are not commented. That way, you control what
it does / does not search. You can also make personal notes behind the #.
For example,
Code:
# See http://help.ubuntu.com/community/UpgradeNotes for how to upgrade to
# newer versions of the distribution.
in the sample above.
